A Perfect Little Cozy

My moms request for Christmas? A book cover for her Sunday school manual. I thought, Oh! This will be such a fun challenge!! Um, yes. It was indeed a challenge. Fun? hm. Not so much. Definitely a labor of love. I ripped out so many seams. And then, when it was all finished, I saw her Sunday bag and realized that the book cover was too big. hm. And so another seam was ripped out and a couple of inches cut off. But the result? Loveliness.

And whats more?
She loves it.
Her favorite color is purple after all.
